Monsoons bring us the much needed break from the unbearable summer heat. But with it come the muddy puddles, potholes, traffic jams. It contains magnesium, sodium, calcium, amino acids and vitamins. Added bonus of consuming it, great hair and healthy skin. Some even claim it is a cure for constipation and acidity.
