Orders once placed cannot be cancelled from the customer end.
In case a customer wants to cancel an order, they shall call up the customer care and the same
shall be cancelled if we see a genuine reason for cancelling the subscription.
Amount for refunded orders shall be credited to customer’s wallet and can be used for placing
future orders. In case the customer does not want to place any further orders, Home’s Kitchen
shall refund the amount within 7 working days on the cancellation.
