What is Home's Kitchen & how does it work?
Home’s Kitchen is a unit of Theme Ambience Resorts & Hotels Pvt. Ltd., a company which is into the hospitality and food business since the past 15 years. Home’s Kitchen focuses on providing meal boxes with the homely touch at reasonable prices. Anyone can sign up and place an order for a meal box. We have options of daily meal, weekly & monthly packages available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Apart from providing meal boxes, Home’s Kitchen is also into regular corporate catering (Breakfast/Lunch/Hi-Tea/Dinner).
How many meals will be delivered in a Monthly/Weekly package?
Monthly package – A month is considered as 4 weeks. For eg. - If a 6-day week package is taken, meals would be delivered from Monday to Saturday for 4 weeks, i.e., 24 meals would be delivered. Weekly package – 5 days in a week will be from Monday to Friday and 6 days a week will be from Monday to Saturday and 7 days a week will be delivered on all days of the week.
Would the menu be same on all the days?
No, we would be providing you with different items on all days of a week and no item would be repeated. Weekly and monthly subscribers can also request for a different cuisine on any particular day of the week.
My area is not listed. How do I place an order?
You can send us your preferred delivery location where we are not delivering currently. We will get back to you as soon as we start delivering in that area. You can also call us up and we might deliver to your location in case it is feasible.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum order value is Rs.70.
Addons, Cancellation and Referral
In case I choose a monthly/weekly meal package, for what duration do I need to order the add-ons?
The add-ons need to be ordered for the same duration as the meal. In case you want to order the add-on for a few days within the meal package duration, you can contact our customer care for the same or place an order online for those specific days.
Do we have an option to pause/cancel a meal?
Yes, there is an option of pausing a subscription for weekly and monthly packages. However, the same needs to be done within the cut-off time, i.e., 10pm the day before (for breakfast), 10am of same day (for lunch) & 5pm of same day(for dinner) for which you want the meal to be paused. If you pause the meal for a particular duration, your package end date would be modified accordingly. A weekly subscription can be paused only once for a maximum of 2 days and a monthly package can be paused a maximum of 3 times for a total limit of 6days. You cannot cancel an order once placed from your end. You need to contact the customer care for cancelling the order and it will be cancelled if we see a genuine reason for cancelling the subscription.
When and how much do I earn by referring Home’s Kitchen to a friend?
You can refer a friend to subscribe to meals of Home’s Kitchen through the refer and earn option. In case a person whom you have referred creates an account, Rs.100 would be credited to your wallet once he verifies the account and enters the referral code sent by you in the app.
How can I use the user credits?
User credits can be used to make payment for an order. However, only 25% of the order value can be paid using your credit points and 100% of the order value can be paid using cancellation points.
Can I transfer my user credits to my bank account?
Yes, the user credits can be transferred to your Bank account. However, you will have to contact our customer care for the same. Please note, only amount paid in cash/online by you can be transferred. The user credits earned through sign-up/referral is non-transferrable and can only be used in placing an order.
Delivery
By what time do we need to place an order?
Order for breakfast needs to be placed latest by 10pm of previous day, lunch meal-box by 10am of same day and by 5pm of same day for dinner. For placing an order after the cut-off time, you can call up our customer care and check for the same.
At what time would the meal be delivered?
The breakfast meal would be delivered to you between 8-9.30am, lunch between 12.30-2pm and dinner between 7-8.30pm.
Does Home's Kitchen charge any delivery charges?
No, we do not charge anything for delivery for the areas listed on the app. However, there might be some delivery charges levied in case the delivery is requested for areas other than listed.
Does Home’s Kitchen deliver meals on Sundays also?
Yes, we do deliver on Sundays as well
Others
How can I change my account password?
You can go to the login page and click on forgot password link. It will send you a link to create a new password. Unfortunately, passwords cannot be changed through our customer care as all the passwords are stored in an encrypted format for your safety.
Can I upgrade my meal from executive to deluxe?
Yes, your meal can be upgraded from executive to deluxe. Request for this can be placed by calling up our customer care. Differential amount for the upgradation will have to be paid by you.
Can I customize my meal?
You can write your customization request (eg. No rice, less spice, etc) in the remarks column while placing the order. We will try to deliver your order as per your requirement to the extent possible.
Can I place an order by calling up Home’s Kitchen?
Yes, you can also call up our customer care team to order a meal.
How can I give a feedback for the meal ordered?
We love to take feedbacks and incorporate them in our plan of action. You will receive a feedback email after your order is completed and we will be happy if you can revert on the same.
Can I create multiple user I'ds?
No, a person will not be allowed to create multiple user I'ds. Please note that if we notice the same person creating multiple accounts, we have the right to delete the additional accounts created without any prior intimation or reasoning.
I have a special meal request?
Our chefs would be glad to serve you with the menu of your choice. You can call us and place a request for an item you would like to have which we are not serving. We would try our best to include it in our menu at the earliest.
